Your order is for pickup at this address. Please make sure you can collect from the restaurant before paying. No delivery address is requested and no delivery service is included.
How it works
- Choose your items and meal options, then review your cart.
- Provide your name, email, and phone number at checkout. Choose WhatsApp updates if you would like them.
- Pay through Stripe. Once payment is confirmed, we send an order-received email.
- Our team confirms preparation and the estimated pickup time. You can follow updates in your account.
- Wait for your order to be marked ready, then collect from the restaurant with your name or order reference.
Timing and availability
Preparation times depend on your order and current kitchen demand. Staff will communicate an estimate after the order is received and can update it if circumstances change. A payment confirmation is not a notice that the food is ready.
Online ordering may be paused when the restaurant cannot accept additional orders. Please call us if you need to confirm current collection availability or have a time-sensitive request. We do not offer a guaranteed arrival or preparation time through this website.
Order updates
Sign in with the email used at checkout to view your order history, status, and messages from our team. First-time customers receive a temporary password by email and are asked to change it after signing in.
If you opt in to WhatsApp, staff may send updates to the phone number you provided. These updates are handled by staff and may not arrive immediately. We may also use phone or email if we need to reach you about your order. Keep your contact details accurate and check your email's spam folder if a message is missing.
At collection
Give our team the order reference or the name used at checkout. If someone else collects for you, share the order reference with them and let us know if needed. Check the bag at pickup and tell staff if anything appears missing or incorrect.
If you are running late
Call us promptly so we can advise you. Food quality may decline after the agreed pickup time, and we cannot guarantee that a delayed collection can be held indefinitely. For cancellations, missed pickup, or issues with an order, see our Refund & cancellation policy.
Food safety after collection
Collect and transport your food promptly, follow any instructions provided by staff, and use safe storage and reheating practices. If you have a question about a particular dish, ask our team at collection.
